Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Why aren't shipping charges displayed at checkout?

Due to the nature of our business and the various weight and size of our products, most of our products shipping cost will be determined after checkout and added to the receipt, and the separate shipping PayPal invoice will be sent within 2 to 3 business days from the order being placed. We will send the PayPal Invoice to customers with the new shipping charges that will be added to the order. The full order, including the shipping cost, must be paid in full through PayPal within 3 business days. All items will be shipped to the address given at checkout under "shipping address" ONLY.. Does the shipping invoice include all duties and taxes?

No, the prices charged for your order include the product cost and shipping charges ONLY. Any additional taxes or duties applicable on entry to your country are your responsibility, and we recommend you familiarize yourself with these possible costs before making your purchase as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


How do I track a shipment made at Japan Parts Master?

All orders made through Japan Parts Master will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include the tracking number. All JDM orders can be tracked right away through JapanPost and then tracking information will be transferred locally by USPS, Fedex, UPS, TNT, or DHL. The tracking number and designated courier will also be available to view in the "My Account" section.


Are signatures required upon delivery for ALL freight orders?

Yes. all oversized orders shipped by freight will REQUIRE signature upon delivery.
Once the tracking number is sent by Japan Parts Master, it is the responsibility of the customer to track package(s) and be present or have a representative present to sign upon delivery of goods.


How long does shipping take?

Our standard delivery times for in stock items are 7 to 21 business days, however for custom orders, over-sized items, etc., shipping can take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. All shipping estimates will be maintained during the life of the order, and updates will be provided through the "My Account" section.
